Claude,

I would suggest the "project" be called conference (ie. conference.osgeo.org)
and we could setup some FOSS4G specific stuff. But the same project would
then be used for future annual conferences.

I would be happy to bring a motion at friday's meeting to setup such a
projects at osgeo.org.
