I have added it now.  I'm not sure who is responsible for doing this.
I would add that anyone/everyone is encouraged to add agenda items in
advance.

As the agenda firms up, you might want to drop any opinions of yours
about agenda items to the mailing list in advance.  I'm pretty sure we
want to revisit the prioritization issue.
