Hello,
I am requesting to create a German language domain under osgeo.org on
behalf of the results of the FOSSGIS conference 2006 plenary discussion.
It was decided unanimously that the German language user community wants
to have its own conference next year too and that discussion mailing
lists need to be made available in German language, especially for users
and decision makers (developers will probably stick with English for
communication purposes).

Best regards,
Arnulf.
