[OSGeo-Board] Face to Face - Just before Where 2.0?

Would this face to face be separate or inclusive of the incubation
"sprint" meeting proposed for Chicago?

If yes, what is the availability of the Board members for Sunday, June
11th in San Rafael?

Please advise which venue/date we are moving forward with so we can
secure arrangements for travel and accommodations.

Please note that resolving date and location for the Incubation Sprint
is an Action Item from the Board meeting on 4/28 to be discussed at the
next board meeting on May 5th.

Folks,

One of the things I hoped to get done at a face to face meeting was to
prepare presentation materials and "messaging" for OSGeo when presenting
at conferences and so forth.

To this end, I wonder what folks might think of doing a meeting in
California just *before* where 2.0 instead of just after?  Perhaps
June 11th and 12th?

This would seem to give us an intense opportunity to get our story
straight
before presenting at Where 2.0 and a number of us are travelling there
anyways.
