Budget Ideas

Folks,

As promised at the last meeting, I have prepared a wiki page to collect
budget ideas.  As I mentioned then I see this as primarily a three step
process.

  1) Collect lots of ideas on what might belong in the budget in the wiki,
     without any attempt to restrict it.

  2) Prioritize and wrestle it into a coherent form at the face to face
     meeting.

  3) Bring the proposed budget back to the full board for a bit of fine tuning
     and approval by the full board.
