I attach below the brief report about
the Press Briefing at Tokyo on
16 May, 2006. Toru Mori will not be
able to make it for the Face-to-Face
but will be there at Where2.0 and
give some more details.

Arnulf and myself were supposed to
get working on the Guidelines for
Local Chapters.

Arnulf, how do we get started. Can you
put something up on the Wiki and I will
give my inputs.
