Folks,

I see that Arnulf added a review of the membership rules at:

   http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Proposed_Membership_Rules

But looking back I see we already approved them at the 13th board meeting:

   http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Thirteenth_Board_Meeting#Minutes

Is there an action item on this other than updating the wiki to note
they are approved (now done)?  I have already updated the public site FAQ
to use the new membership language.
