I also would like to see an operating budget. Without one it can be tempting to see all opportunities as good ones until you know you can only afford a few of them.

This seems like a reasonable funding request, and it was duly approved
by VisCom.

I do think we (the board) need to get more organized about the actual
operating  budget for viscom so they know how much money they are
operating out of.
