For what my two cents is worth

I think that we should set up either a North American Charter (Canada, 
Mexico, U.S) [I prefer this one] or two charters Canada and U.S./Mexico. 
That way we are represented in the foundation just like everyone else.

Is there a format in place to keep informed on what the other charters 
are doing
