[OSGeo-Board] OSGeo Marketing through Media Partners

FYI, several months ago we (VisCom) had decided to hold off on any going
to any press for articles on us until we had ourselves better arranged,
esp. including our sponsorship story.

Perhaps the time for this has now come?
