Budget spreadsheet in preparation for OSGEo non-profit status

Board,

The sequence we need to follow is:

1)	We are working on hiring the ED, working through the tax issues.
2)	Get the ED to be the driver for this process.
3)	Rich has agreed to help the ED through the 5013c filing process

Attached is the budget spreadsheet to be used for this purpose.
