[Web Comm] Board domain content

It could be, but typically content comes from the "projects".
 
I would prefer to leave this alone for now.  Ideally, a lot of these metadata subdomains (board, webcommittee, etc) will be going away with the Drupal site, with the content rolled up into the main site.
