I will be at FOSS4G, but may need to tweak my plans based on whether the
board meeting is before or after. Do we have a date and time set yet?

With FOSS4G coming, I hope we can focus a bit on the agenda for the  
board meeting and, if possible, get some ideas from the board for the  
AGM.
