Dave,

I certainly agree with the principles.  I'd like to have a fleshed out
description of what it means for local chapters to sponsor the
foundation on behalf of their members means.

I also wonder if we should refer working out the details to the
Fundraising commmittee, and solicit Venka (and perhaps some other
local chapter reps) to membership there?  Then come back with a
finalized proposal to the board once one is worked out.
