[Board] AGM at FOSS4G

Has anyone else thought about hosting our annual general meeting at  
the FOSS4G event?  Paul and I were chatting and he's put aside the  
main lecture hall for 1.5 hours Monday afternoon (after workshops) -  
4:30 - 6pm for this if we want it.
