[Board] Treasurer and financial discussions with Ken

To follow up from today's meeting, I contacted Ken Tamura (cc'd) and  
invited him to call in to our Sept 23rd meeting.  I added a related  
item to our agenda and told him to plan for 11am.  If any changes,  
let him and I know.
