I have rather completed the PSCs collection at

PSC page missing (or I cannot find it):
- gvSIG
- GeoNetwork

Chairman/Chairwoman unclear:
- Quantum GIS: Gary Sherman?
- gvSIG: Gabriel Carrión?
- GeoTools ?

Yes, this needs to be fixed (please directly in the Wiki).
Please also indicate clearly the Chairperson on your PSC page.
