[Board] Mailing Address

Hi all,

I've been slowly getting some of OSGeo's primary contact addressed  
moved over to the virtual postal service address we have:

14525 SW Millikan #42523
Beaverton, Oregon 97005-2343
United States

This is a street address that can also accept packages, etc. for us.

I have, in the past, used a local (to me) address as well:

PO Box 4844
Williams Lake, BC V2G 2V8
Canada

.. but for many US reporting/contact purposes having a US-based  
address has really helped.

For historical reasons, several corporate documents used:

111 McInnis Parkway
San Rafael, CA 94903
United States

That is Autodesk headquarters where Gary and Ken are based from.  So  
if you see other places where the San Rafael address is used, please  
let me know and we can get it switched over eventually.

p.s. This has become an issue for me especially today as our SSL  
cert. provider is looking for verification documents showing our  
corporate address which isn't that easy to do yet.
