BOARD MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE:

You will be receiving a request for a e-mail vote of approval on the
2010 FOSS4G site on December 19. Please respond with your vote
immediately, so the conference committee can notify the selected
bidder of their status.

This is required in order to keep up our end of the deal in terms of
timelines for acceptance and notification as laid out in the original
RFP. Please quickly skim the attached proposal and budget and return
your vote.  The selection sent will be the recommendation of the full
conference committee.
