[Board] D&O Insurance

Hi,
I would also like to understand if this covers "us non-American"  
officers/directors? I read:

"Territory: Added by Endorsement
The insurance provided by this Policy applies to Wrongful Acts  
anywhere in the world, provided that the Claim is brought against the  
Insured within the United States of America, its territories or  
possessions or Canada."

Not sure if this excludes us or not?
