Folks,

There are three items I've been sort of holding off waiting for before
holding a board meeting.

  o A proposed policy for handling conference/training events from the
    conference committee.

  o An approved financial statement from the finance committee.

  o A recommendation for graduation from incubation for GeoTools.

If there is no pressing hurry, I'd like to suggest a meeting for
Friday July 18th by which time I'm hopeful all three items will be
"on our plate".  Is that ok with folks?
