[Board] D&O Insurance

Liability issues seem to regularly come up from local organising  
committees for FOSS4G, plus we have our own normal coverage issues.   
Any thoughts on moving forward on this?  Obviously I can ask for more  
options that cover us internationally if need be, but at this point  
we have nothing.
