I find it difficult to separate Arnulf's positions from his musings,
and would appreciate a clear statement.

Is the current proposal acceptable?

If not, are there changes to the proposal on the table or more
information needed that would make it acceptable?

If not, then I can move forward (or not) smartly without spending more
time on this.
