dear all,

As CRO I feel it's not appropriate for me to propose the motion, but I
would agree with it; that instead of 15 new member slots as agreed at
the last Board meeting, we raise the number to 18 and admit the lot
listed at http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/New_Member_Nominations_2008

http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/New_Membership_Process does not state an
absolute number, only "between 10% and one third", which 18 is.

This would need a unanimous email vote ASAP if it were to help much.
