Hi Arnulf and all,
We have got fantastic response from all over the world in less than 48 hours of the announcement of the conference being made. I am happy to inform Open Knowledge Foundation have also joined as co-organiser of the conference. I am sure this will be the start of an excellent conference series. I am in the process of putting together a conference programme committee to provide guidance and vision for the future. I would welcome all of your inputs for the same. We are also working to get the conference website activated earlier than the initially planned date of January 15, 2009. We welcome active involvement from all of you to make this conference a great success.
Best wishes,
Suchith
