[Board] FOSS4G

This brings up a good point - how many directors will be in  
attendance for the board meeting at FOSS4G?  We need a show of hands  
so I can tell caterers to reduce food.  If it's only a few people  
then the meeting room might be overkill too, let me know what you  
think.  We had to hire the room, projector, flip chart, food, etc.
