[Board] 2010 Hosting RFP

+1 as it stands.
I wonder if at any point the board wants to discuss (a) requesting
particular geographies and (b) hiring an organizing chair, to put on
events without a volunteer chair. Eventually we will run out of
willing victims. ApacheCon runs on this model, for example.
