[Board] OSGeo GSoC 2009 Administrator appointment

Fellow board members,

new year, new opportunities to have another successful
OSGeo Google SoC year! We need to appoint the
GSoC administrator asap since the calls and more
have to prepared.

I would like to motion that Wolf Bergenheim be again the
OSGeo Google SoC administrator. He's interested to
continue and was successfully coordinating it so far.

Either per email vote or for the next board meeting agenda?
