[Board] Mid-summer financial review

Dear all,
We do have a meeting in Italy with OSGeo hackers on 21-27 June.
There's still space to host some people inexpensively and Arnulf and
myself are already there. I think Tyler is in the neighborhood also
just before that week (UK wasn't it Tyler)?
Let me know if this is an option.
