[Board] Draft 2008 Financial Report

Board members,

I have attached the 2008 income and expense, and balance sheet reports for
consideration at Friday's meeting.  Currently the finance committee is in
what we hope to be final voting to recommend their adoption, but I felt it
necessary to give the board a chance to review them in advance of possible
adoption at Friday's meeting.
