[Board] 501c3 application

Thanks David, let's give it a couple more weeks.  The IRS attorney I spoke to apologised profusely about being understaffed and did say there didn't appear to be any showstoppers - so maybe it just helps that I phoned to follow up.  I assume there isn't anything more we can do...
