 Dear OSGeo Board,
 

We are happy to inform that the meeting regarding the official creation of OSGeo Senegal Chapter was held on 31th March 2010 in Dakar. It was our great privilege to have Mr Geral Fenoy one of the OSGeo members who told us a lot about your activities. He attended the meeting and helped us in setting up the chapter.
