[Board] OSGeo board, F2F Meeting in India

My Dear Fellow board members,
just picked this from the mails.

"If we imagine that that money is spent instead on funding the OSGeo
India conference, I think that the end result of giving that $10000 to the OSGeo India group would be more beneficial to the efforts
of OSGeo overall"

For me it speaks volumes. This conversation started with similar thoughts, ironically.
