[Board] OSGeo board, F2F Meeting in India

Dear Fellow Board Members,
the OSGeo India chapter wishes to conduct a meeting presenting
Free and Open Source GIS, and it's state of the art development
show cased by reputed international experts, of The OSGeo Board.

There will also be presentations for Indian examples, by OSGeo India.

The attendees will include stake holders and various departments of the government using GIS solutions.

Venue: It is likely to be the Indian capital, New Delhi.
       Delhi is very pleasant in this period.
Time: March 2010, as it suites OSGeo Board experts and OSGeo India.
Logistic support: Hospitality for the duration will be arranged
                  by OSGeo India.
Please let us know how many of the learned board members would like to be part of this first ever initiative in India.

This initiative, you may please recall, started with a proposal for an F2F meeting of the board, which was later changed into a meeting in India.
