[Board] Accounting FYI

I just had a great meeting for a couple hours this morning with a nonprofit accountant who has helped me review our books and will be able to help with our tax filings, among other things.  He's confident that I've been handling our accounting data well and suggested a few (minor) changes that will help us to make our filings to the gov't easier.  It's a real load off my mind to have a chartered accountant resource available, in particular who knows US tax law and nonprofits.
