Just FYI, here's what's top on my chart for this week:

* Posting previous board meeting minutes
* 501c3 - summarizing my talk with consultant; completing final
questions with his fixes in mind, planning a follow up meeting with
consultant.
* Starting a form 990 federal tax report.
* Completing a few forms to get more insurance quotes, dealing with a
good broker now who is keeping me busy.
* Sponsorship follow up - send me your ideas!
* Supporting any further financial statement or budget development with
Frank.
* Wishing I had more time for marketing, journal, FOSS4G planning...
* If I make good progress I might take a day or two off this week.
