The 501c3 application response is a great document.
Thanks to Tyler and others for their efforts in
preparation.

With minimal restructuring and translation to other
languages, the document could be a great asset for
OSGeo promotions and marketing.

Perhaps, we could send out a call to volunteers to
translate the shorter-version of the document.
