I went through the past minutes and actions and want to remind the
Incubation committee chair of an open action.


My hopes are to get the White Paper out before our next board meeting
but there have been several lenghty comments (finally!) but just after
the deadline (sigh) and in some aspects contradicting each other (rant).
Furthermore it seems that I have been unanimously designated (but not
asked) to be the loony - erm - lone editor of this page and /me also has
only so much time...

I'll have to talk to Lance fomr OGC whether they want to wait yet
another two weeks.
