[Board] Face to Face Meeting Seattle 2012

Folks,
lets start to put together and agenda or at least brain dump what we
think should happen in those two days. I created a meeting page [1]
please add details as you go (I think we are still missing a
confirmation from Tim?).

As I will not be available early January when our next regular board
meeting would take place I leave it up to somebody else to set up a Wiki
page, coordinate and chair the meeting. If you will have a meeting
please add it to our overview [2].
