[Board] Motion to have a Face to Face Meeting Seattle on Feb 4 & 5 2012

Board,
this is not to cut off any discussion but if we agree in general and
there is a feeling that we need to pass this as a motion I suggest to go
forward with it (please someone second this motion!):

I motion to meet in Seattle on Feb 4 and 5 for a two day meeting. This
motion includes that OSGeo reimburses overnight stay and flight airfare
at reasonable conditions (see mpg's mail) for all board members.

Details can be worked out later, for now we need to agree that we want
to go forward with this.
