[Board] Addendum to the agenda of next board meeting

Hello OSGeo Board,

Google Summer of Code is coming again, and it would be good if you could
again name an official OSGeo board appointed Google Summer of Code
administrator for GSoC 2011. I am volunteering again this year, and I intend
to work closely with Anne Ghisla as my back-up administrator.

If you could add this to the agenda of your next board meeting, it would be
very much appreciated.
