He was speaking either of the NA chapter idea or the NA conference idea -- I sort of couldn't tell which.  But either way, my sense is that the board is in favor of both ideas; I'd be happy to vote a formal show of support for pursing either or both ideas.  But I don't think the board is willing to commit resources/money/whatever until more details come out.

I do think those details can be settled in a positive way, it's just a matter of some folks having the right discussions and writing it up.
