[Board] A possible view of the world

I don't believe that I have suggested this. It is possible that at some future point the NA chapter would request support resources from OSGeo intl, but those would be addressed on a case by case basis.
We already have a number of members, companies, and projects that are involved with various government agencies in the US. (Many are involve in a wide range of diverse activities around the world). For any of these activities we might put out a call for contributors and volunteers. If anyone has a concern about a particular area or activity they can choose whether or not to participate or voice their concerns to the organization.
