[Board] Outsourcing

I'd like to make one more suggestion for consideration. The NewLevel
Group offers support for accounting, administration, and operations
(http://www.newlevelgroup.com/services_nonprofit_management.html), and
has years of experience with helping non-profits with strategic
planning.
I am familiar with the NewLevel Group through their connections with
the Social Venture Network (svn.org), which works to help connect
social entrepreneurs and business leaders in expanding practices that
build a just and sustainable economy.
I am acquainted with the CEO, John Heymann, and would be happy to
connect the board with him if there is interest in exploring working
with NewLevel Group.
