Hi Jeff,

It's a business account I was running.  Last year I set it up so I could 
allocate skype credit to OSGeo board members so they could phone into 
conference call lines in the USA.  It wasn't really used and just sat there
with a bit of credit.

But I just found that somehow a skype user "tamarak6" Tamara Konrade - was added
to our account and was allocated some of the remaining credit (only $16).  I was also
getting notices of attempts to change my email address.  Does anyone
know her?  I think the account was hacked somehow, so I've totally deleted this
OSGeo skype business account - so a few of you will have got that notice.

Unless you know this tamarak6 user, you can safely ignore this notice.  If you know
how she might possibly have been added, then please let me know too so
I know whether it was a hack or an accidental invite someone made, though I
didn't think anyone else could add users to our account!
