I didn't know the answer to this at the board meeting.  Which is why I
asked.  Upon hearing that it was 30% of our reserves, I voted +0.

We all know that the sprint is not expected to cost OSGeo anything.
But given that we have other discussion items pending about our
financial situation and how we should be focussed, I think it was
reasonable to hold off on dedicating 30% of our reserves to a request
that came in just the week before.

I think we're all waiting for our board meeting next week at the
conference to get more clarity on this and other issues.
