Thanks for starting this poll Daniel.

We need a fixed regular meeting day and time though. Experience shows
that it is simply impossible to plan every meeting individually for nine
busy people.

In the past we had this fixed day and I would send out a mail a week
before asking for people to answer if they could *not* join. That way we
knew whether we would reach quorum. If not we tried to reschedule (which
is always a bit difficult).

So I propose we all check our regular schedules and check whether the
first Thursday in the month is good. If not we have to find another
date, added to the agenda for the next meeting.
