[Board] Outsourcing

Good find!  From their website, at least, it looks exactly like what I had in mind for the kinds of things we'd want to outsource.

But their website doesn't go deep enough, of course, and in any case the big question is what's the cost to us.

I've requested the whitepapers they have on the site -- they're likely long on marketing and short on details, but send a note if anything catches my eye.
