Willy,
Unfortunately the marketing committee is mostly inactive, with most of 
the previously active participants focusing on the osgeolive community. 
Maybe you would like to help get it going again?

I recommend that you approach local business or government with an 
interest in Open Source to help your funding requirements. We do have 
graphics for marketing material which we can point you at, if you find 
budget.
