welcome and thanks for your interest in helping out.

Board meetings are open, anyone can listen in, the agenda is also
public as are the minutes:

Typically we will invite people to actually *say* something only for
specific topics. If everybody just chimed in it would surely break our
already rather limited timebox...

It would be great to have you around on our IRC channel when we talk
about how to best handle the license topic we have on our hands. Let
me know if you want to know anything else up front, I have attended
the relvant threads and so should be up to date on the topic.

If we have a chat here it might also help the rest of the board to
understand what is going on.
